QEM’s approach to strategic planning is to first define the organization’s Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities and Threats (SWOT).  From the SWOT analysis, the organization will determine their “Strategies Built on Strength” as well as their “Defensive Strategies.”

 

Detailed action plans are then defined with responsibilities and time frames for their completion. As part of the Strategic Planning Process, QEM assists the organization in defining their Vision, Values and Mission, and their method of deployment throughout the organization.
